All-purpose cleaner recipe

All-purpose cleaner

2 tbsp distilled white vinegar
1 tsp borax
16 oz of hot,distilled water
1/4 cup liquid soap ( like Dr. Bonner)

Mix vinegar and borax in a clean 16oz spray bottle. Fill with water and shake until borax is dissolved. Add liquid soap and shake to mix again.

Can you use this recipe on wood floors? I'm looking for something to cleen my wood floors which have a hard finish on them.

No, it can not be used on wood floors but there is a wood floor cleaner recipe in this book. I will post this evening after 8:30pm(after the chaos dies down some at home ).

Finished wood floor cleaner

Distilled white vinegar
Filtered water
Essential oil (optional)

Fill clean 16 oz squirt bottle with equal amounts of vinegar and water. Add 15-20 drops of essential oil ( try peppermint). Mix.
Squirt on floor and wipe with clean rag or mop.

This can be used on finished wood floors, ceramic tile and vinyl.
