We just had to cancel our NST appointment because we got on the interstate and couldn't see the cars in front of us. We ended up turning around and calling to cancel. It is snowing so bad and the temperature is in the negatives. It's just the NST and routine appointment, and since they've been making us go twice a week and every other test has been perfect, we figured we can skip this one no problem.
Well, I had diarrhea yesterday and twinges/contractions? here and there, a few have been pretty strong, and I have been feeling crampy on and off. My internal "it's getting close" meter has been sort of going off a little, and last night DH actually suggested we go buy the baby some more warm clothes and blankets. I think he feels it too.
It would just be my luck to have to decide between the incompetent local hospital and the roads between here and the good place 1/2-1 hour away.
I really don't think it'll be today, or anytime before the snow stops if it is, but we've been telling him to come on, we're ready when he is. I can just see him being as facetious as his mom and dad...
