I've been up since about 4am with contractions every 10 minutes. I've called DP home from work so hopefully this is it! I'll keep you updated!

No change. Grr. Still every 10 minutes. I'm totally letting go of some major water though, I've been peeing like crazy LOL. I've been laying down trying to rest and taking full advantage of DP being home to care for the kids. The pool is all blown up and clean, I'm just waiting for real active labor to start. Hopefully this doesn't take a couple of days!

Argh. Still no change. I've been laying down (since I went to bed at 1am and got woken up at 4am) and they haven't sped up or slowed down or changed in intensity at all. I am so annoyed. :

Nipple stimulation little lady, try and get winter to nurse or pull out a breast pump, and just think that water will feel great. Im so glad that you got a pool, thinking of you today

Aw, I so love you guys! Your support means so much to me.
I talked to Pam (my midwife for those of you not from PDX) and she explained that oxytocin levels are at their lowest during the day, and also that my kids and DP being up are probably keeping my labor at bay. But she expects things will probably pick up after dark and once the kiddos are in bed. For now, I'm resting, hydrating and concentrating on maintaining my zen.
