I was a part of a DDC this past fall before I m/c. They had what they called "spotlight threads." Maybe some of you know what I'm talking about. Basically how they did it was each week, someone would "host" a spotlight thread on another member of the DDC. The thread would contain people's questions to that person and their responses, as a way to get to know eachother.
For example, if I was hosting the thread for *jill343* I would title it "SPOTLIGHT ON JILL343" and then post the first comment with a bunch of questions I wanted to know about her. Then others would post their own questions and Jill343 would post her answers. The questions can be simple like when are due, how did you and DP meet, what's your favorite color and why, or silly like one I remember from before that was "You are a superhero, what is your name and your super power?"
If you want to be included, just respond to this thread, and I'll set up the dates of when and who is hosting who beginning next week.
I think this will be a fun way to get to know eachother!

SO REMEMBER, the week, YOU'RE HOSTING, you start the thread (on Sunday or Monday preferably) with the questions. The week you're being HOSTED, you wait for the thread to be started and then post your answers to all the questions.
