movement before birth??

Just curious about whether babies generally get active or quiet down right before/during labor. Anybody know or have feelings about that?

My dd stayed active up till the very end, and I do mean the very end. She was squirming and wiggling quite a bit the whole time I was in labor which was uncomfy a time or two during transition.

I think they can get really still if they are very engaged. My last few kids were very active up until actual birth.

Anna was very active from the start of labor until about 30 minutes before she was born, everybody was watching my belly move, wiggle, flutter and jump around. With my boys, they weren't very active at all.
