I came across this picture.. it is literally just tearing up my heart...

Every now and then I will come across a picture or an article that I can not get out of my head. Does anyone else have this reastion when seeing or reading things about your childs birth country? And do you ever get over it or is it something that affects you even years later?

Oh...

That's a very sad picture. I can't speak specifically to the birth country part, as dd was born here, but I can understand the connection to the community that your child is from. I was surprised at how much I care and am concerned about dd's birthmother.
