to mamas trying to o and catch the egg while wrangling wild toddlers!

Well, the lovely pre-AF headache is here I'm afraid, though it is a little different than the usual migraine. It is more like a bad tension headache this time. I so hope it isn't, but I don't want false hope YKWIM. Temp was still up this morning. When do the temps go down, before or right when AF comes for the visit?

Please pray/think for me that I won't be the blubbering mess that I was last cycle, and I'll have the wherewithall to keep charting. I really don't want to fool with it another month. Also, that I will have faith enough to do what Jamesmama said - wait on God's perfect timing. I'm 28 right now, and as I said before 30 was going to be my cut off for various reasons of my own. I'll be turning 29 this October and I was hoping for a baby to join me on my birthday. Two children will be all I will have - unless I somehow have twins with this next pregnancy. This next pregnancy will be healing for me I know. I'll be planning and HBAC, and I know we'll have lots of fun. I can't wait for DD to have a playmate and someone to keep her company other than me. She already in many ways seems like a little miniature adult.

And I'll stop rambling now...

Aimee, I hope that Theo will slow down a little and that you will o very soon!!!
I lost track of all the others. i am sorry. but I know a lot of us are waiting to o soon. Good luck.
CD 20 here and I think I might have o'd but who knows. For me that would be so record early that I don't believe it. BD anyways, at least that is fun
Sarah, don't move me. I am just not sure.

we will see how he does tonight....give it 3 or 4 days and I won't mind.

In the mean time I try to see him as "God's little tool". and remember that we are getting closer -- DS sleeping better, eatting more food that isn't momma, and my Oing earier inthe cycle....so we WILL get there.

DH had a dream --and he is one of THOESE -- last night that we had 3... he thinks they were all boys....but he isn't totlaly sure.

He dreamed about T the month we concieved him -- and not a baby dream since T was born. (month 7 he had a dream he was a BOY).

Also DH told me last night "I think this is the month" -- every other month, up to now, when i asked him "you think this si the month" he'd say "naw, not really, but we'll try anyway"

sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

maaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyybbbbbbbbbbeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeee?

easykygirl -- you never ramble -- i love the thoughts we all share here.......

ellymay -- EXCELLENT

My birthday is May 22.
Tonight I went to yoga class and left DS with DH. I came home to a sleeping child! (and a prepared dinner) It was so nice. :

I agree that it is hard to do the charting with a baby in bed with you. This morning DS was sound asleep all snuggled up next to me and I still decided to temp since it was time. Well that woke him up and that was the end of bedtime. Next time I think I will just temp a little late and let him sleep.
What was I thinking?

Good luck Aimee. My DH had baby dreams when I was PG. It is pretty cool. Maybe your DS is getting a tooth or growing or something. Sure hope he is sleeping tonight.

Eastkygal: Take a deep breath. I'll send some good baby energy your way.

Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

Eastkygal: To answer your question... My temps plunge the day AF arrives, but that's just me.

Aimee: I hope your dh is right and this is your month

Ellymay: Good luck on catching the first egg :

I think I'm 11dpo and planning to test tomorrow. If I get a BN, i'll wait til 15dpo to test again. I didn't get a + until 15dpo with my dd so we'll see. My temp did drop some this morning, but not to a really low temp so i still have hope. If AF comes tomorrow, at least the B6 is working and i'll have a decent lp this time

Aimee, thats awesome! Hope your DH is right!

ETA- My 'EDD' is November 4th...my EDD with James was originally Febuary 4th (born on Jan 30th...U/S moved my due date to the 28th) hmmmmmm

with my new nurseing addict (gee this stuff is good, i almost forgot) I am holding on to what DH said as my only hope. DS is nurseing more now than in months. (as in NAK now).

Amandamarie -- good luck -- but don't get too upset if it is neg

Jamesmomma -- good luck, now you jsut have to wait........:

Guess I should add, my oldest is 10yo and my second is 9.5 mos.

AnnieMarie

Aimee: Hopefully your O won't be delayed or only delayed a few days at most.

JamesMama: Congrats on Oing. Good luck to you

I am sorry, Amandamarie. BFN just suck so bad. I wish you luck on Saturday. Sometimes it just takes a while!!!
Welcome, Anniemarie. May your stay here be sweet and short and you will catch this first pp eggie soon!

Maureen- anything yet? thinking of you!

eastkygal- most of the charts i've seen have a drop in temp the day of or the day before AF and then it continues to drop throughout AF. : for you!!!

ChiaraRose- just let me know when ever you are ready to move. i hate oing late. it seems tm make things more confusing! hopefully you have or do soon!!

aimee-dreams are a great sign!! :

elaina- holy crap! that is so awsome! dinner you didn't have to make and a sleeping child you didn't have to help get that way! i don't think those 2 things have happened in my home let alone at the same!

jamesmama-yeah! my dd's b/d is nov 4th. great day to have a baby!:

anniemarie- i added you to waiting to catch the first pp egg. let me know if you'd rather be somewhere else. it took my body a while to gear up and actually o, makes it frustrating huh? hope your fertility returns soon for you.

amandamarie-congrats on the longer lp and hopefully you get a bfp on sat!!! : and thinking about you!!
Nope, nothing yet... CD 33 and no AF. Took a test and I'm definitely not pg. I've been nursing less than ever so I just don't understand... I had a + opk on CD 24 so maybe my LP will be a normal length with a long cycle and late o. No clue, really... Thanks for asking!
AF came late this morning. Here we go again. At least I don't have to chart my temp for the next 6 days.

Aimee - I'm with you on this one. I o'd, we got a high score on the BD. My lp was 13 days. Yet, I'm not pregnant. Interesting huh.

So, I would like some thoughts and advice for this cycle. I didn't supplement at all last cycle other than my prenatal vitamins. Things seemed to go smoothly, though the o was a little later than I would have liked. Should I start Vitex this month? Does that help you o quicker? Or, just stay the same and see what happens again.
Maureen -- i have been wondering if AF showed up yet or not too -- since you said, i think i am remembering correctly, you didn't try to catch this eggie?

thanks for the update

Aimee

No, Aimee. We didn't try because I ovulated so late. This is so werid! Last month was 30 days with a 6 day LP. Now, I am already on CD 33, got a "high" fertility on my monitor on CD 14, but never a "peak," a +opk on CD 24, so if I really did ovulate around CD 25 my LP is already 8 days. That's good for me but pointless if this cycle is going to be so long... I am really frustrated/confused because it's been 8 cycles now and none of them have been close to normal. I was really hoping this upcoming one would be good but I am losing hope since AF is nowhere in sight. I totally felt it coming on a few days ago too. Ugh!
...this is also really frustrating because this upcoming cycle I am going to CHART, use my monitor, use my ovuscope, I bought preseed, a bunch of OPKs - I am totally raring to go!
EastKy- so sorry this wasn't your month
