Not sure if this belongs here, so my apologies if it doesn't.
I haven't had my baby yet, but he/she has dropped and could come any time now. As you all know, that's an adjustment in itself. But DH and I just found out we have to move into another apartment that we can barely afford, and I'll have to work as close to full-time as possible after the baby is born so we have enough to live on. I've been depressed throughout this pregnancy because of family issues, emotional stuff, our work/financial situation, and other things. And I'm afraid I'll have PPD and have it bad, since it feels like I'm already heading that way.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to adjust to all this and hopefully prevent PPD? I'd appreciate any thoughts!
