How are our preemie mamas doing? I just went over the new birth announcement list, and remembered that both babies were born in December. Just was wondering how they were!

Also, if ANYONE has heard from Adensmommy, please post... I miss her and always think of her and wonder how things are going!

Awww, thank you for asking about us!

We're doing really well! Evan is doing pretty well with nursing now, though we are still supplementing. The bad and horrible news is that about a week ago I went to pull some of the frozen EBM from our garage freezer and one of the kids must've unplugged the freezer. I lost probably 300+ ounces of breastmilk. I think I cried for an hour afterward.

Oh my goodness, he is adorable! I can't imagine how you must have felt finding all that thawed milk, but I'm glad things are going well otherwise.

The pictures are absolutely precious... I agree about the feet, there is something about baby feet that just gets me every time...

cher, evan looks great! what a cutie!

things are going well here, too! Asher finally came home last Friday (so just about two weeks ago now). things have been pretty busy, but that's mostly because of my two-year-old!!! Asher was discharged at 5 lbs 1 oz and at his doctor appointment a week ago, weighed 5 lbs 4 oz. I am exclusively breastfeeding, and he is doing just awesome with it! (I'm very grateful, because it DS#1 - also preemie - and I about three months to get BFing down). He has some issues with reflux, but he's still gaining weight, so he'll just have to outgrow it.

Karen, Asher is just adorable!!! Thanks so much for the pictures! I'm sorry about the reflux but glad to hear that he's doing well with breastfeeding, he looks wonderful, so healthy!
