Favorite source of raw cheese online?

Do you have a favorite source of raw cheese online?

I ordered some raw mild cheddar in a local co-op recently for about half the price of buying it at the HFS, but we weren't fond of the taste of this farm's cheese (too mild). So I'm wondering if there are better options out there for ordering online? I can get raw cheddar at the HFS for $6/8oz but the co-op price was $27 for 5lbs (including shipping), so if I can save money by ordering online, I'd prefer to do that.

Along that line, I've been wondering.....can I purchase waxed mild cheddar, and just let it sit in my pantry for x months to ripen it to sharp cheddar? I'm also not fond of mild cheddar, and that seems like all that's available from the farms. Also, one farm is starting to offer raw cheddar curds. I can do a homemade press and press this, then wax it (would have to figured that one out! LOL) and then let it ripen in my pantry too, right?

Course, if there's a good source/price for just ordering it, that might be worth it too....

Elizabeth - I posted in the other thread too by accident but could you give me info on your source? I'm definitely interested!
