Ovulation question

How can I bring on ovulation?? Is that even possible??
I spoke with my dr's associate today and he said all of my levels are fine- I just have to wait.

Well, I don't want to wait!!!

what cd are you? when do you usually O?

I've taken vitex and it did help. I hope you O soon.

Vitex can work.
Cup of green tea every day helps quite a bit too.
Also make sure you are getting your folic acid every day, sometimes that can help.

It can help increase cervical fluid as well as it has a ton of good vitamins and stuff in it. I don't know how it manages to make you O earlier, but when I was havimg my 50 day cycles, they drastically shortened if I remembered to drink my green tea every day....so I am not sure how it works, but it sure seems to......

Where can I get vitex???

I've heard pennyroyal can help. Is this true??

I drink atleast one cup of green tea a day.

Since weaning, I haven't had a period, so I don't know what cycle day I'm on

You can get vitex at the health food store. It's also called chaste berry tree.

please be careful with pennyroyal. it has its uses, of course, but can be particularly dangerous.
