decongestants and CM

My allergies are making me CRAZY. I am hestitant to take anything, tho, because i have minimal CM, and rarely get EWCM... I took a benadryl Sunday night that dried out CM for *2* days. I'm about due to Ovulate this coming weekend, so don't want to dry myself out... should i suck it up, or is there anything i can take to help my poor nose that won't dry out my CM?

try a prescription antihistamine if you are taking the drug route...anything that not psuedoephidrine will be less drying I think....and stick to antihistamines plus nasal saline flushes rather than use the decongestant. That's what I would do anyway.. (OK, what I'd really do is maybe try Zyrtec after an emergency visit to my acupuncturist...) Zyrtec and Claritin are ok in Hales for pregnancy and lactation...Allegra is less preferred. Mine does not have Clarinex in it yet.

Hmmm... Will try the antihistimine nasal spray my dr. gave me. Unfortunately Claritin doesn't work too well for me, so i've got allegra's lying around.

Non-Drug, any suggestions? I'm doing Nettles. I'm also doing neti pot to wash the sinus's and reiki. none of them are touching this. (hence my craziness)

Alternatively, any thoughts for increasing EWCM without taking Robi?

I was always an allegra gal too...I thought it worked much better for occasional use. But isn't allegra always anti+decon? I always had it that way. I think you need to avoid the decongestant element. The nettles and the neti are the standard natural suggestions. Maybe someobody knows a homeopathic suggestion?

I am way not the gal to ask about techniques to increase ewcm...maybe someone else has a guess? Women trying to choose gender usually have some suggestions. (the parentsoup gender determination board).
