My m/s cure is.

JUNKY, FATTY, CRUDDY, BREAKFAST FOOD!!!
No, Seriously, right now the ONLY thing that works is a ham, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwhich.

They kind of make me gag, but those are the only things that keep me from :Puke all day.

Any other personal cures?

Ginger candy but I'm sure that one is well known.

The only cure I have found is to sleep all day.

I'm wearing sea sickness bands when I'm feeling really bad...and I try to keep eating all day long...it's not as bad if I don't get hungry.

Ham, Cheese and Eggs aren't cruddy foods, at least they don't have to be!

I don't get morning sickness, but for those moments when I am feeling queasy, I drink my homemade ginger ale.

Things that have worked for me in the past:

ginger candy

B-6 - Powerade has it, it's good to get a B-vitamin complex so not to upset your B-vitamin ballance.

exercise

red raspberry leaf tea

Good luck to you!

I have not found anything to work so far. No matter what it is, how often, how slowly, gingery, or sour, it comes back up. I am having trouble keeping down water. I will let you know if i figure out what works for me.

coffee.

I was repulsed by coffee during my last two pregnancies but this time my morning cup of joe has felt really good on my tummy.

Maybe it's because I am drinking organic this time, I wonder if that matters.

Conventional coffee is a pretty heavily sprayed crop - so organic definitely makes a difference.

Positive Thinking!

I am serious!

I keep telling myself I can adjust to all these crazy hormones without feeling sick...and although I feel queasy here and there I have felt great. Plus, exercise...and eating carby cheesy food every 45 minutes!!!!

I went to an acupuncturist and she placed some tacks in my chest and ankles. I don't feel 100% but definitely better with them than without.
