Any Canucks (Ontario) want to share a known donor agreement?

::deep breath:: Ok, I think I have my donor, I want to have a look at some contracts.

Does anyone have one they feel comfortable sharing - especially one that has been vetted by a lawyer in Ontario?

Does anyone know the legality of, say, I got pregnant in Toronto and then gave birth in either BC or Massachusetts?

I don't know the legalities of that, but can't imagine that there'd be issues conceiving a different place than birth! We went through a clinic, and never had to say we'd birth in the same province or what have you.
