How much can I take orally and vag.?

I have 500mg caps.

I'm taking 2-3 capsules a day (500 mg each) w/meals and 2 vag. before bed if we don't have sex.

It is completely natural so you can take as much as you want, but I have always heard 1500mg. I was using borage oil which is more potent and was using about 2500, it made a difference in my cervix over just a few days.
