Kefir going through bm - affecting ds stools?

hmm - not sure if this is the right spot. Hopefully you can help me out!

The last few days I have been drinking kefir that I ferment myself in smoothies. My ds (almost 4 mos) did not have a bowl movement for 2 days (usually goes at least once per day) and now has almost diarhea like poo. It is quite thin with lots of mustard-seed like bits. He even pooed a lot last night and he never poos at night. Is this something to worry about, or is he just adjusting to the kefir in my diet? He doesn't have any other food sensitivities (via breastmilk) that I have noticed. Thanks so much!

DD started to change her poop patterns at that age, so it's hard to say. Maybe give it a few more days and see how things go? That sounds like within the normal range of breastfed baby poop. Does he seem out of sorts?

Thank you! No, he's pretty much himself. But they are very watery. If it doesn't sound too crazy of a reaction then I don't have a prob waiiting a few more days.
