I was just reading the Sodium Ascorbate thread (very long) and it said that vitamin C tablets for children were horrible on their enamel. And of course, I just today bought (and opened) chewable vitamin c and chewable zinc to try and up my DD's immunity since she's been sick for a while. We also give a chewable multi-vitamin daily.
Is this bad? Now I'm paranoid.
