Nausea but :I hpt?

For a few days now - I guess four?- I've felt nauseated. That "ugh/blah" in your head, just got off the merry-go-round feeling. It comes and goes but happens no matter what I eat. I find myself eating to get rid of it but of course that doesn't last. I had a terrible sharp pain the other day (which I posted about here) in my cervix and back and when I looked online, I found that it could be a sign of ectopic pregnancy. My dr.s office just said to call if it happened again. I took a hpt this afternoon again and it was I am not sure when the last time we dtd was, besides Friday night/Saturday morning. Is this just diet-related, or is my IUD (mirena) all of the sudden giving me these symptoms? It never did before.... (Got it inserted in Oct, 2003.) I wouldn't even post about it, except its just "there".... You know? UGH.

Maybe you have some kind of bug OR
ectopic pregnancies tend to not produce much HCG and therefore could cause a neg. HPT OR
Maybe your IUD has slipped and is poking or jabbing somewhere it shouldn't be.
OR...

UPDATE:

Went and saw my OB/GYN on Thursday or so. My IUD was perfectly in place and normal CM. She did a test for STDs, but I'm sure that will come out fine.

Had bad nausea yesterday all day, but then ended up staying up till 5 or 5:30 this morning, part of that throwing up, with a horrible stomach ache. I think it had to do with eating a muffin that morning- I seem to be allergic to gluten.

My bbt this morning was 99.7. (Which it has been for several days.) Not eating today yet. Should take a hpt again- a more expensive one, but I don't feel like going out into this weather....
