Joining... any recommendations on a test?

We were not actively charting, just not using birth control because last time around dh and I were realllllllly closely charting and ended up stressed about it. This time apparently is the opposite. Yesterday I thought, Valentine's is a good day to POAS, looked at my calendar... I'm on cycle day 35 today! (I'm a 28 day gal)

I don't have POAS confirmation though. I thought I'd run into the drug store and get a stick this morning. But today my 2 year old who normally rises at 9:30ish got up at 7:30am! So it won't be FMU, but given my dates, I think it's worth doing later today anyway. Any recommendations on which one to get?

Thanks!

Welcome! You must be very patient to have waited this long! I tested before I was late LOL I like Clear Blue because it's given me BFP for DS and this baby Apparently the First Response one can be used earlier, but doesn't sound like that's a concern for you.

Good luck and hope you get the answer you want!

Yeah, I wouldn't have waited this long if I'd paid any attention to the dates either! I feel kinda silly since with dd I was testing by 12 dpo. I don't even know when I o'ed this time.

I tested 6 days (13DPO) before AF showed (I O'd on CD9 of a normally 28 day cycle) using the $tree test and got an imaginoscope line that I could barely see. I tested the same day using FRER and Answer Quick and Simple and got definite lines. The FRER is worth the money. Since your reg cycle is 28 days then it's likely your pg. I had never missed a period (or ever been late) until this last one and it was a confirmation of all the pee sticks I wasted! Good luck!
