Shortage of Adventures in Tandem Nursing?

I know of at least three other women who have ordered Hilary Flowers' book from Amazon.com and keep getting the delivery dates bumped back further and further. No online stores that I can find have it at all (and Amazon doesn't appear to have it even though they claim it's in stock - we waited almost three months before finding a copy on ebay today) and I'm a book-finding guru : Half.com has a copy for a very inflated price - $35 not including shipping...

Is there a shortage going on? Are they working on a new edition or something? LLLI's website has a review of the book, but it's not available in their store. The link from Hilary Flowers' website to LLLI's store is dead...

I have no idea. Out of curiosity I went to Kellymom's tandem nursing page which took me to Hillary Flower's Nursingtwo.com page where there is an Amazon link and you can request that they search for a used one but I forgot my password. I'll try to remember tonight and see what kind of response I get.
