What do I do when he hit me? I have tried talking about it with him, but when he is mad or frusturated he yells NO MOMMY and hits me. This just started when we have been doing GD. I am not sure what to do? HELP!

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

I say "I don't let anyone hit me" and walk away.

My DD has been hitting me and DH since she realized she had hands. She only started doing it in anger since her baby brother was born 3 months ago, and it's rare. But it has happened. What I do is either block it when I see it coming and say firmly, No Hitting. Or if she gets me, I say "no hitting! that hurt me and I don't like being hurt." I ask her to tell me the rule: No hitting. Then we hug. Sometimes she just gets excited and hits. I say, touch mommy gently. She gives me a gentle touch and I thank her for giving me a soft touch and hug her.
