what are you taking?

I do take my prenatal- rainbowlite

just folic acid and prenatals. i'll start drinking red rasp leaf tea later in my pregnancy. i've read conflicting things on taking this soon, and i'm in the better safe than sorry camp for most things

i currently only take alfalfa in addition to my prenatal and B6 and VIt C. My midwife's tea has nettle, oatstraw, and RRL in it, and Ill be drinking a cup or two of that every day.

I'm taking vitex (dried capsules), but that's for my low progesterone. I've decided not to do RRL in the first trimester; I took it with my last 4 pregs and just decided to forego it this time, just in case it was making a difference, though I doubt it. I also have dandelion and nettle that here that I should be using, but I forget a lot. Oh, and witchhazel, but that's getting applied topically, for my varicose veins.

i heard that small amounts of B6 are good for morning sickness if anyone's interested

I am on a prenatal, drinking ginger tea (to help with nausea), drinking a pregnancy blend tea (sparingly for now), and use natural progesterone suppositories (200mg) at night. Its what I'm comfortable with right now and what my doctor recommends.

I only drink my ginger ale (homemade) when I'm queasy. Most of my supplements are oils, not herbs or vitamins directly.

Drinking a blend they mixed up for me at the local herb shop. Usually the main ingredient is RRL, and although I've drank it with the other pregnancies, this time I'm nervous and am waiting until the 2nd trimester to add it. And my prenatal has some RRL. But this blend is:

RRL
Hibiscus flowers
Linden flowers
Squawvine
Oatstraw
Catnip
Peppermint leaves
Red clover blossoms
Nettles

Not equal parts - I'm sure I could get the exact recipe if anyone wants it.

And this smells and tastes sooooo heavenly!

Also taking chlorophyll.

I'm still taking my Vitex, but unsure if I should stop (the MW hasn't called me back yet), any links, sites, advice?

I'm drinking RRL/Nettle tea daily.
