can you help implantation?

Might as well find out if there's something *else* I can freat about during the 2ww besides peeing on sticks

Is there anything you can do post-O to increase the likelihood of implantation? I am already taking a prenatal and some extra folic acid, and although I'm generally a less-is-more kinda gal, I *so* want this month to be The Month, KWIM?

Apparently fresh pineapple has an enzyme (bromelaine?) that can help with implantation. It's an anti-inflamatory \. It may also cause some uterine contractions... so the consensus seems to be to take it right after O for a few days but not too close to when you would expect af. You could research it a bit. There must be some threads on it here. I have pineapple when I think of it and they look good. I had a little this cycle.

And I take baby aspirin after O. You might want to do more research about this. I'm only taking 1/2 of a tablet a day (who knows if that even does anything). It thins the blood and helps with blood flow.

I also avoid caffeine.

There are some things I do and avoid because I am paranoid and a little crazy. I wont' list them here!

I was trying to think of other post-O ideas for myself. Keep busy. Keep positive. Good luck!

Heavy exercise can keep you from implanting. Exercises that are suggested are swimming, yoga and walking.
