Okay, I know, not something that you usually have to deal with right? except for that first trimester when you may be throwing up all over. But here is the thing. My last apt with my mw, I had gained like 2 pounds in 4 weeks. She was a little concerned about it. Asked me if I felt like the baby was growing and such. I wasn't concerned about it until she said something. I do feel smaller than I did with either of my other pregnancies. But I haven't gained a lot of water weight. So I figured that my smaller weight gain had t do with not swelling. But I weih myself weekly, I do ths so I don't have to weigh myself at my mws, I don't like weighing myself with clothes on
Well, I have lost two ounds in one week. Yes, I have been sick, and stressed and depressed because of dhs job, but it even freaks me out that I have lost weight. That puts me at gaining 26 pounds so far, I am 36 weeks. So anyone have some good advice how to put a couple of pounds on so I can not worry my mw?

: I have been drinking a lot of smoothies, mostly because again eating is not something I feel like doing right now. I have been putting nuts and flax in them and I have a protien, green veggies type mix. It is the best I can do right now. My girls are still getting a good varied diet, but everything I make for them just seems well not so good to me. I am hoping that once I get over this cold I will feel better and not lose anymore weight, at least until after the baby is born. You would think that the third time around you would stop worrying
THis is my first homebirth though and it freaks me out everytime the midwife gets concerned because I feel like she is going to say, nope can't do a homebirth now.
