My dd will be 1 next week. i really should have Eced from the beginning but honestly I was just lazy. So now she is going to be 1 and HATES diapers. Every diaper change is a fight. If I let her go naked she is soooo happy. So I really want to Ec or maybe this would be considered potty training. Any ideas onhow I should go about this.

My mom gave me this for Christmas and I absolutely love it. Gorgeous illustrations and very sweet ideas inside. Plus it's just structured enough so that I can be creative about what I include...

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

I'm sure you'll get lots of advice on this...here's mine:
We started at 6 months (DD is now 17 months) with sitting on the potty first thing in the morning. I've found that if you catch pee/poop first thing, that can help set up the day.
We progressed to longer and longer morning naked time - offering the potty at least every hour. We have wood floors
.
We diapered during nap, but went to the potty right after waking. Naked time continues in the afternoon. Sometimes nap on felted wool blanket with no dipe.
We got some tiny undies for her to wear - which she likes.
If we miss, we say oh, you went pee, pee now you're wet, let's get some dry pants. Poop is usually a morning thing, or right after eating, so we usually don't miss that!
As you get to know her timing and signals it will get easier. Try to make the same word or sounds and she will start using them too.
If you are ever feeling frustrated with your child about misses, sometimes, you need to put a diaper on or just go outside so you don't have to clean up.
There are some good websites and books out there, plus some good threads in this forum.
Have fun and enjoy!

mamak gave you some excellent advice. Your situation sounds similar to mine at 1 year old as well, and whether or not its EC or actual potty learning might depend on how well you and your child can communicate with each other.
I won't give you a "how-to" because i think you can get better advice from the "pros" here. But some of the signals or cues might be easier if she can talk or sign, etc. Do you know if she *knows* right before she goes?
