Hello! my name is Heather. I am a natural childbirth educator, professional labor assistant, and aspiring midwife. I am helping to build a group called Friends of Michigan Midwives http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group...higanmidwives/ I am posting this here because I have always thought it is important to teach kids, especially teens about normal birth and the midwifery model of care. There are several midwives in Michigan offering mother-friendly care with out fear.
