So I've decided to start late ECing/Potty Learning with my 15 mo DD. I am trying to formulate a bit of a plan. I've read some info online, since my DH says we "don't need" any books on the subject. 
Here are my ideas and questions:
I guess we should buy a potty chair and maybe a potty seat (the kind that sits on a regular toilet). Is the $10 Bjorn little potty chair good? Or should I get one of the bigger ones? Any recommendations for the potty seat? Are the foldable ones any good?
I think at first I will keep her in the LHC AIOs, but take her to sit on the potty chair regularly, until I get a good idea of her schedule. Should I sit her on the potty every hour? Every 30 min?
At wat point should I be switching to training pants or anything else? I can't do nakedey-butt time until May, because it's so cold here in NH...
I want to get her a potty book to look at. Which potty book is good? I want to avoid Sesame St or cartoon themes... Anyone have a favorite?
For nighttime, should I do anythign at first? I thought of setting an alarm and getting her to the potty once in the night... but maybe I should just let it alone. She pees a LOT at night. Always a very wet diaper in the morning (she nurses constantly).
