I like Special Delivery by Rahima Baldwin.
I use it as the text for my childbirth classes....it is really geared toward homebirth. Some women have commented lately that it is "dated" - but the info is still pertinent. I think it might be out of print, but I find it on ebay sometimes, or yard sales....
Gentle Birth Choices is also great....and I like some of what Birthing from Within has to offer. There is a good chapter in it on making the choice to have a homebirth.
Good luck,
Carla

Do you mean Ina May Gaskin? She wrote Spiritual Midwifery and Ina May's Guide to Childbirth, both pretty good books.

If you can get your hands on a copy, Homebirth by Sheila Kitzinger is good (pretty much anything by her rocks my socks, actually). And I HIGHLY recommend Gentle Birth, Gentle Mothering by Sarah J. Buckley - it is a "dense" text, with lots of references and no pictures, but it is well and engagingly written.
