RRL tea drinkers

I'm thinking it made a huge difference in the afterpains that I had this time around. With my first daughter who is my second child, the afterpains were worse than labor itself. This time I was scared to death of the afterpains, bought a bottle of after ease so I would be prepared. 5 days after birth the after ease remains unopened. I had the cramping for the first 3 days but they were all really mild. My bleeding turned pink after just the first day and now is brown. I really, really think it was the RRL tea that helped so much. Maybe it is what got me from 5 cm to birth in just 48 minutes too?

I agree that the RRL tea helps a ton with the afterpains. I had not had it before my sixth child and with baby six and seven the pains were mild to none. That's the only thing I can think that would have made such a significant difference.
