Hi, I was wondering if anyone here has used The Pink Kit childbirth course? I am on bedrest and so cannot attend cb classes. I want to go natural this time and I want dh to be able to understand and help me rather than be upset seeing me in pain. This looks like a good resource to use at home but I am wondering if it is woth the $150. Tia!!!

I've not used it, but I've heard nothing but good about it. The ladies on the ICAN list are usually always talking about it.

Btw... here's one on Ebay for quite a bit less than the price you mentioned.

I used it half-assedly and I loved what I learned! If you have a partner who is willing to do it every night with you i thnk it would be well worth the money!

Just wanted to suggest Hypnobabies. (I've never heard of the Pink Kit) I'm currently doing the home study Hypnobabies course and it has materials/ activities for your birth partner. I'm very impressed with how relaxed it makes me to do this practice every day. Good luck finding a solution for you!
