Questions! Lots

Thread Starter
My son is 23 months old and his foreskin has been retracting for about a month. I did not discover this! My DH did --- he isn't circ'd either and you would think he would know better than to attempt to pull it back!

So my question is....now what. I was under the impression that the foreskin didn't pull back until around 4 years old. Do I pull it back now to clean? My DH insists that I must....but I'm hesitant.

Help!

Nope. Leave it alone. Just tell him to swish it around in the bathtub.

A child doesn't need to retract to clean under his foreskin until he is old enough to do it himself. I've heard it is possible for it to become unretractable again, then retractable again later.

The only person who should ever pull it back is the owner of the penis. You can instruct him to swish it or play with it in the tub (what boy wouldn't be happy to te told to play with his penis in the tub?) and that will keep him clean enough

love and peace.
