Good Luck!
That's s.t. important to remember-

when water breaks prematurely, doctors have no problem "letting" you go past 24 hours without induction, and yet when your waters break closer to full term, all of a sudden it's an "emergency". Do kick counts, take your temp, nothing in vag... all that good stuff. You do NOT have to show up for a scheduled induction if you don't think it's in your baby's best interest.

Is there a local midwife you can call for support? She might be able to reassure you that all is well, and share ideas for bringing on labor naturally or some herbs she could supply you with.

I went in to the hospital when my water broke and came out with an unneccessary csection: If you do go the induction route, be very very careful... very. See how favorable your body is to induction- i.e. your bishop's score? If your body is not ready to be induced then chances of csection go way up, not to mention they will do vag exam and increase risk of infection as well...
