what does it mean to be frosted? Iam a newbie and have literally layed awake at night trying to figure it out! so maybe its betta to just ask!

Oh that was just a sweet little game we played when it first turned winter. You just pass it on to your friends. It came in the form of a PM from people. For New years it was "Toasted".
