I had my 1st IUI today

I went in for my 1st one today and will go in for one tomorrow. My temp went up today and I had a positive on the OPK early this morning. I hope that I O'd this morning or afternoon, but incase I haven't. How long does sperm survive when you do IUI?

Not sure about how long sperm survives. But I wanted to wish you good luck on your IUI. It sounds like the timing is right, if you got your pos today, so it might not be much of an issue.

I hope this is the start of a wonderful and healthy 9mo for you!

Thanks for the luck. I've been charting for 2yrs and feel this is perfect timing, but I'm not sure about how long washed sperm live. This is going to be a very long 2 weeks.

I think under normal circumstances, sperm can live for up to 5 days. I'm not real sure though about washed sperm.
