I just winged it with ours. I bought enough to go to the floor plus some. I made a hole in the middle - sliced that in half for the curtains and sewed the edges w/ some velcro to stick to hold in place. then made a spot on top (like for a curtain) for a bamboo stick w/ string thread through and a nail on the doorframe to hold it.

eh that isn't clear. If you want I'll send a pic of the finished outcome!

I made one a few years ago for my nephew without a pattern. I based it on the Magic Cabin Dolls one. It had a rectangle above the window, a rectangle below, and two small rectangles on either side of the window. It had curtains that tied to the sides. I think it had a dowel running across right at the top of the window in addition to the one at the top of the whole thing. There was probably a third dowel across the bottom of the window too. On the back was a deep pleated pocket for puppets. I made it to hang from a string, but if I was going to do it again I'd use a tension rod instead. I think I made a matching bag to store the rolled up theater in. It was pretty easy and turned out very nice. I decorated it with fringe and fun trim.
