Has anyone used this? And where do I get it? My midwife wants me to start taking it. Thanks

I was able t just get a bottle at Fred Meyer's (local store....like an Albertsons). I bought mine at about 37 weeks and started inserting it vaginally at about 38. I did it off and on for about two weeks before I started hating the stickiness of it.

You can pick it up just about anywhere. Would be in the supplements section. Its evening primrose oil. Comes in different strengths. The 1000 mg are HUGE so if you have a hard time swallowing be forewarned. I'm not inserting them vaginally as I am not taking them to promote cervical change. I want the benefit of soft silky skin again, I'm so dry I'm flaking apart lol.

I just started 2 days before my due date (today! 022807). my mw has me orally take one in the am and insert one vaginally before bed, unless I'm going to have intercourse with dh , in which case you don't need to insert it at night. Spermies have the same "stuff" as the primrose oil. I also would recommend getting the organic stuff, as it's going right into your bloodstream and vagina. fyi....good luck!

yeah, I used lots at the end of my 1st two pregnancies. It will be in the vitamins/herbs section of the drug store.
