Considering Homebirth in western Massachusetts

I am five weeks pregnant with babe #3. I VBACed babe#2 at a hospital, but I would like to have a homebirth with #3. Have any of you homebirhted in western MA? If so:

Could you recommend a midwife? And what was the cost of your homebirth?
