Katia,
Post Partum Depression and Anxiety is a topic I hold near and dear. I'm new here to MDC, but have gone through this horrible experience twice. Once after the birth of my DD2 and this past fall after having a m/c.
I created a web site after my m/c and my current goal is to research PPD/A and have information available on my web site
BabyLossandHealing.com.
It seems that the community here at MDC is fantastic, and I'm sure just posting in the forums here will help. Feel free to PM me anytime. I'd be happy to share my experience, lend an ear and try to help you.
Load up on almonds, bananas, milk, eggs and lots of fresh fruit, veggies and whole grains. B Vitamins are helpful too in making seratonin, the stuff your brain likes to have to be calm. Don't forget to exercise. It will make a world of difference for you. And happy moms = happy babies! (most of the time
