Okay, I know, I'm probably just paranoid but see what you think....
I'm a little confused. I just got off the phone with my OB's office. I had to call them about getting another script for the SA for sat - this is #2. Anyways, the nurse told me that she would write it but even if it came back normal that she still wants DH to see a urologist. I told her that that was fine but I didn't understand why it would be necessary if all of his counts come back normal this time around. Who knows if they will, but I'm trying to think positive here!!! I also told her that the last time we had it done was on the week that I was O'ing and we had been "active" several days in a row that week which we weren't sure but hopefully might/could have been part of the low count. Also told her that I have read/been told that it is a good idea to have more than one count done several weeks apart too. She still said that my dr wants him to see a urologist no matter what. So now I'm wondering if there is something that they are not telling us???? It just makes no sense to me, any clue??? I'm not going to break this news to DH until after the sample so it won't stress him out. A urology appt. will probably be out of pocket for us so I'd rather be totally sure this is the case before we go and spend the big buck to see him. So am I crazy?????
