Birthplan

Did you do a birthplan for your homebirth? Do you mind sharing some of the things you included in it?

My midwife asked if I wanted to do one, even though most of what they do (or don't do) I already agree with. I did one for my last birth (hospital), but things will be a little different this time.

Just was wondering what some of the important things were to you!! Thanks

Nope. Didn't do one.

i didn't do one but that was because through my prenatal care with my midwives, i felt that they had a clear picture of my preferences and desires. and like you said, their tendencies were the same as mine anyways.

this time around i know that i prefer to be left alone with my husband for the majority of the labour and i was able to tell my midwife that. but of course i didn't know that with my first child.

I plan to make one in case of transfer to the hospital. Other than that I prob won't have one for the homebirth. I'm not super specific though in my desires, I just really care about the basics like no episiotomy, immediate bfing, etc, etc...all the stuff you expect with a homebirth anyways.
