found a used sewing machine - does it do a zig zag?

I want to start making my own diapers, so I was looking for a decent starter machine to test out the water, so to speak. I found one on craigslist for an awesome price, but have no idea if it does a zig zag stitch! Unfortunately the seller has no idea either.

The machine is a Singer portable Fashion #223 with a blind stitch option and controls for the stitch length and width. Can this be manipulated to do a zig zag?

If you can adjust stitch width then it does Zig Zag.
