Another ? about teething...

Can it cause a wet cough? Dd will be 4mths on the 6th and she has been drooling rivers and just over the past week she has had a cough. This morning it is even wetter. No fever and no runny nose...it doesn't keep her from sleeping or eating. She seems to be trying to cough something up. Should I be worried?
