12 lbs Wow!! WTG Mama! I am so proud of you hanging in there, it sounds like when you said you weren't ready you were in transistion b/c you'd been ready for about 3 weeks now I love the pictures, you guys are all gorgeous!

All these babies coming the past few days, is so exciting! Have a wonderful babymoon!

i just linked your announcement to my friend who just scheduled a section for her "big baby" who is weighing in at 8 lbs via ultrasound. maybe your story will bring her a bit of pause!

I checked in just to see how you were doing! I was hoping I would see a birth story! Congrats mama and welcome Big Boy!!! He's just PRECIOUS!! I can totally relate to how hard it can be to just listen and trust. Worked out for both of us!
