I have to admit that I don't like the Ergo - not because of comfort, but because of aesthetics.
See, for me, I think my babywearing is an extension of my wardrobe. And, yes, I'm totally vain and into my clothes. I'm also a plus-size mama - and this means that the Ergo (when baby is worn on the back) cuts my gut in half and then pushes down my already low jeans. That is not a good look.
Plus, I'm not really the outdoorsy-hiking-REI type. If ya know what I mean. I much prefer my numerous wraps, my hotsling pouch, my Kozy mei tai....
I'm a junkie - but it has to be good lookin!
