life with multiple babes?

Starting in August I will be caring for my 1 year old son and my 41/2 month old nephew. Both are breast feed, sling riding babies and I am a bit nervous about the transition from 1 child to 2 children. How will I get them to nap? Mine always goes down by nursing to sleep in bed with me. How will I travel with them - neither are used to a stroller right now?

Anyone have this experience? Your wisdom would be appreciated!

Sorry I don't have any advice, maybe you could try at the multiples board -- or the toddler board where there seem to be many who have more than one -- or are asking advice on similar topics to this!
