So, are you taking a prenatal vitamin? What foods are you making sure to eat regularly? What are you skipping?
I'm taking Rainbow Light (the once a day, not the six a day) prenatals (Vitacost.com has great prices). As always, I'm avoiding white sugar, white flour, white rice, processed foods. (I find this easier to do when pregnant, actually.)
Here are some things I'm trying to eat regularly, just to name a few:
-cod liver oil
-flaxseed oil
-coconut oil
-80 - 100 grams of protein daily
-bone broths
-fermented veggies
-probiotics (currently, water kefir is what we've got brewing)
-2 eggs daily
-raw greens daily
And here are links to two very important pregnancy diets:
-Dr. Brewer's Pregnancy Diet
(This site seems to be down right now, so here's a link to a great article and interview with Dr. Brewer. The diet is summarized on page 7, I believe.)
-Weston A. Price Foundation's Diet for Pregnant and Nursing Mothers

Anyway, working on the veggies...
