Wrap-Top Scrub Patterns?

I'm a nursing student (graduating in May yahooo) and nursing assistant ... I looooove the wrap-top scrub style I've seen popping-up recently, particularly the 'obi-wrap' style. Given that each top is usually in the neighborhood of $25, I'd like to see about making my own. I can't find a scrub pattern that isn't the shapeless, pajama-type crap I see everywhere. I like my scrubs to fit and look professional.

Anybody seen a wrap-style pattern? I am stuck.

After much searching ... I've decided that if I can find a pattern for a wrap around blouse (not button down), I could probably use it to make a cute scrub top with minimal alterations to the pattern...suggestions?
