I am not even sure if this is pregnancy related or something completely different, but EVERYTIME I bend over to pick something up or whatever I can't because it feels like there is a stick shoved up my ass and it's painful as hell, so I have to squat instead of normally just bending over! It's not because I'm constipated or anything like that, so I just don't know what's going on or even if this has anything to do with pregnancy because I've never heard anyone talk about it before!

Sorry, the description is just too much. Sounds pg related, like a really low head pressing in your intestines or on a nerve when you bend over. You shouldn't be bending over anyhow, squating is good
. Do you know if the baby is posterior? If so the largest part of the head would be to your back which could account for the pain.- wingsareforflying

Deffinitly could be the head pressing into me, sometimes I can feel the pain just by moving around while I'm sitting on a chair!

You might be able to tell which way your baby is facing. If you can feel both legs kinda crossed right in front, then he is probably facing out, which is not the way you want him to be facing. Hands and knees should help encourage a side or back facing postion, and it does help to relieve some low back pressure. Of course it ends up hurting your upper back as you are holding yourself up, but you know, one or the other... And yes, squatting is the way to go now. Or better yet, practice your skills at picking things up with your feet. Very good skill to have when picking up toys later on...

Well, this won't help, but in labor that is exactly how things felt while to pushed down the birth canal.
I also had a babe who thought it was so comfy to push her legs into my backside...not fun.
