Wood floors or carpet? - Page 2

I have wood floors and a marmoleum kitchen. I don't think it looks weird, but then I picked it And marmoleum bathrooms, so I have that divide all over the place!

I hate carpet--it offgasses and stinks, it needs stretching, it's impossible to get stains out (IMO), and on and on.

Wood floors!!! I love my hard-surface floors, and don't ever want to go back to carpet. It's just so much easier to keep clean, and lasts so much longer.
