Is there anyone else who doesn't put anything on their face/skin?

I've just started doing no-poo with my hair, and I like it so far. I've been thinking about my whole body care regime. For a few years now, I have only been using soap on my armpits. (and shampoo on my hair but that's over now) I soak in a tub of warm water every 2-3 days, there is sometimes a little bs, some epsom salts, a few drops of olive oil and maybe some eo's. But often just plain water. I rub my body and face down with a soft cloth. I wash my armpits and hair just before I get out beceause I don't want to sit in the soap.

That's it.

I don't use soap on my face. I wear makeup about 3 times a year and when I do I will remove it with oil. I also don't put creams or toners or any other product comercial or homemade on my skin. I wear a hat when I'm out in the sun. I have fair skin. There is a little bit of sun damage from back before I started wearing a hat, freakles and some colour variation. But my skin is realy healthy, not too dry or too oily, no breakouts. I have very few fine lines. I'm 36.

Anyone else out there soap free?

My facial skin is on the dry side so I never use soap on it. I do like to use Noxzema sometimes just because I like the way it smells :

I also use a moisturizer every day that contains sunscreen, I'm not a big hat girl and I live in Florida, so I think I would be very sorry if I didn't use sunscreen. I might feel differently if my skin were not fair and dry but That's what I was born with!

Yes, here too... most of the time, at least. If I put anything at all on my face, it's usually just a teeny bit of olive or coconut oil as a moisturizer.

Oh, and I use chapstick, too, if that counts.

I use nothing right now, because it seems to work best, but my skin does not look fabulous, just ok. Putting stuff on it makes it look yuck

I wash my face with oat flour, and when I come home from work I use soap ( I'm an RN and I get DIRTY :ick: ) but that's it. My skin can't tolerate it.
